    Education and Training

Having resolved to pursue a career in plastic surgery, I went to Ireland to train towards a Fellowship in General Surgery and gain experience in Plastic Reconstructive surgery. An opportunity subsequently presented itself in England, which I took and obtained further training in Plastic Surgery as a Specialist Registrar. After completing five years of training at specialist registrar level, I had an opportunity to work in National Health Trust and gained experience in aesthetic plastic surgical procedures. I later chose to work in the private sector. As an aesthetic plastic surgeon working in the private sector, my work load includes aesthetic procedures such as face lift, rhinoplasties, breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast uplift, blepheroplasties, browlift, abdominoplasties, liposuction etc. Active participation and presentations form an integral part of the career as an aesthetic and plastic surgeon, and I am currently a peer reviewer of many prestigious plastic surgery journals. A list of my publications can be found on NCBI. My articles have appeared in publications including Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal, and the European Journal of Plastic Surgery.
